The Leaders' Canvas

Experiences and Conversations Shape Actions.

The Leaders' Canvas is a curated leadership forum where experiences and conversations shape action. Leaders from brands, market research, AI, technology and business meet for moderated exchange—not a stage of rehearsed presentations. Co-created by The Collaborative Canvas Podcast and AX Pulse / Asia Research Media, it began in Delhi in August 2026 and continues as a city-edition platform.

Introduction

Not another conference

The Leaders' Canvas was built for conversations conventional industry events rarely hold: no rehearsed conclusions, no pressure to agree. Leaders bring experience, disagreement and open questions into the room.

The inaugural Delhi edition (7 August 2026, The Westin Gurgaon) brought together more than 85 professionals from consumer insights, marketing, research, technology and business, as reported by Business Wire India (17 August 2026 wire syndication). The next city edition is planned for Mumbai—city and date announced on Upcoming.

Because people learn from people.

Difference

What makes it different?

Conversations, not presentations

Participation and exchange, not a queue of one-way talks.

Experience in the room

Lived leadership, practical judgment, and conflicting viewpoints—not a single-function echo chamber.

Questions that matter now

AI and intelligence, consumers and culture, growth and organisational change—the tensions leaders are navigating now.

Ideas that travel beyond the room

Relationships and perspectives designed to outlast the evening.

Audience

Who The Leaders' Canvas is for

Built for people who shape decisions—and who would rather sit in a conversation than watch another stage.

Brand & marketing leaders

Peer dialogue on decisions that slide decks cannot settle.

Insights & research leaders

Cross-industry challenge on how intelligence reaches action.

AI & technology leaders

Context from people who live with the customer and the P&L.

Strategy & business leaders

Intersection views across functions, not another mono-audience stage.

Format

How an edition works

Each edition is a curated evening of moderated conversations. The format privileges disagreement and follow-up questions over keynotes. Organisers, co-curators and speakers are named on the About page and the Delhi archive.

For themes explored after the room, see the blog and glossary. Past and upcoming city editions live in the event archive.
